Smart Hierarchy is a free app. 

3. Is Smart Hierarchy available on Jira Cloud or Data Center?

Yes, Smart Hierarchy is available for both Jira Cloud and Data Center hosting types.

4. How to install the Smart Hierarchy Plugin for Jira? 

You'll need admin or system admin permissions to install Smart Hierarchy. You can install it directly from the Atlassian Marketplace.

5. Is Smart Hierarchy GDPR compliant and what are the data privacy policies?

Smart Hierarchy functionality ⭐️

1. How can I see the Issue Hierarchy? 

Go to your Jira ticket. Then, find Smart Hierarchy in your Jira ticket details and click on it. Now you can see the whole issue hierarchy with all issue details!

2. Which issue types are included in the Smart Hierarchy view? 

You will see all issue levels – from epics and initiatives to subtask. 

3. Will I be able to see other issue details in the Smart Hierarchy view? 

Yes, you can view issue details like priorities, assignees, and status at each hierarchy level with story points, issue completion, and assignees rollups at the top of the view. 

4. Can I save the issue hierarchy as a template? 

Sure! With having both Smart Hierarchy and Smart Templates apps installed, you can save hierarchy of issues as a template. 

5. Can I see checklists progress in the hierarchy view? 

Yes! With having both Smart Hierarchy and Smart Checklist apps installed, you can track Smart Checklist progress and sum-up in the hierarchy.
